SALON INFORMATION

LOCATING THE BUILDING
When you arrive to the building, the parking lot and main building entrance are located in the back of the building. The building is red brick with silver sheet metal design
(nope, not blue).
We do not recommend parking on the street. You will see a Rosé Beauty Bar sandwich board sign, turn right there. 
GETTING TO THE SALON
Once you enter the gray door, the building bathroom will be on your immediate left. Once you are ready to come into the salon, walk directly up the stairs, outside to the patio and our front door will be located to the right. If you have an appointment Tuesday-Friday after 5:00PM or on a Saturday/Sunday, please text us when you arrive, we will come down to get you.
PAYMENT
All major credit and debit cards are an acceptable form of payment and are subject to a 3% processing fee. If you pay in cash, you will avoid the additional 3% fee. Checks are not accepted and Venmo, Zelle & Cash App are only okay for tipping your stylist.
The credit/debit card put on file when booking online is only used for cancellations and no-show fees, not service payment.

OUR POLICIES

GUEST POLICY
Please do not bring extra guests to your appointment. Our small boutique salon is a cozy space, and we can only accommodate space for our scheduled clients.
No children 13 and younger are permitted in the salon unless being actively supervised. We have businesses below us, and we need to respect them by containing the noise levels.
REFUND POLICY
All salon services, hair extension purchases and microblading retainers, are not refundable.
All products that are unopened/sealed or defective, can be exchanged for retail credit within 30 days of purchase.
Gift Certificates are not refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand life happens, so we kindly ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. 
Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee per service booked.  
We will charge the card on file and if one is not on file, we will invoice you.  
A new appointment may not be booked until the fee is paid.  
NO-SHOW POLICY
On the day of your appointment, you have a 15-minute grace period to arrive in the salon for your appointment.  If you have not arrived within your grace period, with no communication, you will be considered a no-show.  No-shows will be charged 50% of the appointment booked.  
We will charge the card on file and if one is not on file, we will send an invoice. A new appointment cannot be booked until the fee has been paid.
If you arrive to your appo
intment with unacceptable Covid-19, flu or any other common sick symptoms, we will cancel your booking immediately and you will be considered a no-show.
After 3 no-shows, we will no longer accept you as a client. No exceptions!
